Delivery terms
An invoice with our bank details is emailed to you at checkout. Equipment is released for delivery only after your payment has been received and confirmed by our accounts team.
Bench-top automated chemistry analyser for medium to high throughput laboratories. Continuous loading, on-board refrigerated reagent storage, automatic dilution and re-run, and bi-directional LIS connectivity.
Delivery includes offloading at ground level. Rigging, crane lifts, door removals and floor protection are quoted separately once our engineer has completed the site survey.
Installation covers assembly, levelling, electrical connection to your prepared supply, calibration, acceptance testing and handover documentation. Allow two to five working days on site depending on the platform.
Two years parts and labour from the date of commissioning, covering manufacturing defects under normal clinical use. Consumables, detectors damaged by impact, and faults caused by unstable power supply are excluded.
Extended cover and planned preventive maintenance contracts are available from year one — ask for terms before installation.
