Who we are
A supplier that shows up after the delivery truck leaves
Most equipment failures in this market are not manufacturing faults. They are unstable power, skipped calibration, staff who were never trained, and spares that take four months to arrive. We built the company around fixing those gaps.
We hold stock of the lines hospitals reorder most, source everything else against written specification, and put a biomedical engineer on site for every installation. When something goes wrong, you call a number that a person answers.
Our buyers include teaching hospitals, private diagnostic chains, state health boards, standalone laboratories and NGO-funded clinics. The size of the order changes; the process does not.

Four commitments we do not trade away
Specification before price
We would rather lose a sale than supply a platform that cannot carry your patient load. If a cheaper line will not do the job, we say so in writing.
Nothing ships before payment clears
It protects both sides. You get a formal invoice with our bank details, we confirm receipt against our records, and only then does equipment leave the warehouse.
Installed by engineers, not couriers
Every platform is assembled, calibrated and acceptance-tested on site, and handed over with documentation your regulator will accept.
Spares stay available
We stock consumables and wear parts for the lines we sell, so a failed detector or a spent reagent does not close a department for a month.
The team
Engineers, procurement specialists and a real accounts desk
Our field engineers are trained on the platforms we carry and handle installation, calibration and planned maintenance. Our procurement team tracks manufacturer lead times so the date we quote is the date you get.
The accounts desk is the part most suppliers hide. Ours is staffed during working hours and reviews every proof of payment by hand, because a wrongly matched transfer costs a hospital weeks.
